J-K Netwok Services in Quezon City is seeking a Mandarin Supply Chain Customer Specialist to handle transportation, logistics, and delivery inquiries, including tracking and shipment updates. The role is on-site with shifting schedule and offers Php 100,000 salary.

Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, or Bachelor's graduates; no related experience is required, though customer service experience is a plus. Benefits include night differential, HMO, and 13th month pay.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
• Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English


• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.


• Open to no related experience.


• Having customer service experience is an advantage.


• Having BPO experience is a big plus


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.
