• Support order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and resolutions.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Open to no related experience.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
