J-K Netwok Services in Quezon City is seeking a Mandarin Supply Chain Logistics Specialist to support transportation, delivery inquiries, and order-related concerns. The role is on-site with shifting schedules, offering opportunities to work with a global outsourcing leader.

The position welcomes High School graduates, undergraduates, or Bachelor's degree holders, with or without related experience, and values strong customer-service skills. Training and benefits are provided.

Formación

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational English.
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates.
• No related experience required.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
• Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service.
