J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Supply Chain Coordinator in Quezon City for an on-site role with shifting schedules. The position pays Php 100,000 monthly and includes several benefits aimed at supporting transportation, logistics, and delivery inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone to address transportation, logistics, and delivery inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, and delivery status.
• Process refunds, returns, and order-related requests per policy.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions, ensuring quality service.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Open to no related experience.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION
