J-K Netwok Services in Quezon City is seeking a Mandarin Customer Operations Specialist to handle customer inquiries via phone about transportation and delivery. The role supports order placement, tracking, refunds, and coordination with logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Mandarin with English conversational skills, open to various education levels, and has strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English.
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor's graduates in any courses.
• Open to no related experience.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
• Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service.
