J-K Netwok Services in Quezon City is seeking a Mandarin Logistics Customer Support Specialist to handle transportation, logistics, and delivery inquiries. You will assist with tracking, updates, refunds, and order changes, delivering a seamless customer experience.

Open to high school graduates, undergraduates, or bachelor's graduates. A background in customer service or BPO is a plus, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers daily.

Formación

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational English.
• Open to HS graduates, undergraduates, and bachelor’s graduates in any course.
• No related experience required; customer service is an advantage; BPO experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer handling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via phone to address transportation, logistics, and delivery inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
• Process refunds, returns, and order-related requests per company policies.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions while delivering excellent service.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Open to no related experience.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.
