J-K Netwok Services in Quezon City, Philippines, seeks a Mandarin Logistics Customer Specialist to handle transportation and delivery inquiries. The role requires Mandarin fluency and English competence, with no strict experience requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
• Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns per company policies.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Open to no related experience.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus
