Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Quezon City is seeking a Mandarin Logistics Customer Representative to handle transportation, logistics, and delivery inquiries. The role offers a shifting schedule and on-site work setup, with multiple benefits and a performance-based incentive structure.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin with conversational English, open to various education levels, and able to manage orders, refunds, and tracking while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational English.
• Open to High School graduates, undergraduates, and bachelor’s graduates in any field.
• No related experience required.
• Customer service experience is an advantage (BPO experience a big plus).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
• Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns per company policies.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates for a smooth experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns quickly and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while delivering exceptional service.
