J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines is seeking a Mandarin Logistics Customer Service Specialist to support customers handling transportation, logistics, and delivery inquiries. This on-site role in Quezon City requires strong Mandarin and good English, with a shift schedule.

Responsibilities include tracking shipments, processing refunds or order changes, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records while delivering exceptional service.

Formación

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational in English.
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
• Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Open to no related experience.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.
