Job summary

Shangri-La Boracay Resort & Spa invites a proactive Villa Manager / Front Office Manager to lead guest services on the villa and front office floors. You will supervise Service Leaders and Associates, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest villas and surroundings while delivering Shangri-La's renowned guest experience.

Ideal candidates hold a hotel management degree, have strong leadership and English communication skills, and bring experience from international hotels.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in hotel management is required.
• Experience in an international hotel in the same capacity is an advantage.
• Strong background in Butler services is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office / Villas and ensure service standards.
• Coordinate and lead Service Leaders and Associates in Front Office/Villas.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest villas and surrounding areas.
• Provide guest services on guest floors in accordance with Shangri-La standards.
