Job summary

Shangri-La Boracay is seeking a Service Associate – Guest Relations to deliver exceptional guest care from arrival to departure. You will ensure a warm, efficient experience at every touchpoint and coordinate with other hotel teams to meet guest needs.

The ideal candidate has hospitality education and fluency in English, along with knowledge of front office systems. Experience with an international hotel/resort is an advantage, and local compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Hospitality Management or related course.
• High fluency in English (oral and written).
• Experience in an International Hotel/ Resort is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in front office systems, OPERA and other applications.

• Provide personalized and prompt service to guests from arrival to departure, ensuring courteous, tactful and efficient assistance.
