Job summary

Shangri-La Boracay Resort & Spa in Boracay Island is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and elevate the guest experience.

You will supervise the Front Office team, ensure staff stay informed about hotel products and services, monitor arrivals and departures, and respond to emergencies according to SOP to guarantee guest and colleague safety.

As aDuty Manager, we rely on you to:

• Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis
• Enhance overall guest experience during their stay
• Supervise and direct the Front Officeteam
• Ensure all colleagues are kept up-to-date with hotel products and services
• Monitor all arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective
• Respond to emergencies according to standard operating procedure (SOP) and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues
