Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any-related filed
• At least 5 years experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty
• 3 years proven track record in Financial Services, CRM, Digital Marketing
• Knowledgeable in Customer loyalty and rewards programs
• Background in Business development principles and partnership management
• Experienced in Marketing strategy, customer engagement frameworks, digital marketing and customer engagement technologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative team player, innovative, and proactive with high attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies, partnership programs, and revenue- generating initiatives to expand the loyalty ecosystem and achieve growth targets.
• Build and manage relationships with internal business units and subsidiaries to create and execute customer acquisition, engagement, and retention programs.
• Lead cross-functional projects and contribute to loyalty platform enhancements, process improvements, and innovation initiatives that strengthen customer experience and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, customer engagement metrics, and revenue outcomes to provide actionable recommendations that improve profitability and customer lifetime value.
