Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks a Team Head – Personalization and Portfolio Growth to drive merchant tie-ups, loyalty programs, and growth initiatives for BPI Cards. You will lead cross-functional efforts, manage a team, and develop profitability models to expand card penetration and revenue.

You will collaborate with analytics, technology, and strategy teams to implement impactful programs while maintaining budget discipline and delivering measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, Campaign Management, or Program/Product Management.
• Knowledge of credit card business drivers, budget management, and campaign operations.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel; familiarity with card management systems (e.g., CardLink, ASCCEND).
• Strong leadership and people management skills, strategic and analytical thinking, numeracy, communication and negotiation skills, creativity, initiative, and follow-through.
• Attributes include self-awareness, adaptability in ambiguity, and ability to drive strategy while delivering business results.

Responsibilities

• Engages specific behavior segments of BPI Credit Card through negotiation of incentives, offers, and programs.
• Works with Business Analytics to translate research, data insights, and market analysis into strategies
• Manages resources, budget, and personnel by prioritizing initiatives and programs to deliver results
• Develops program profitability models to ensure financial trust and sustainability
• Stays within budget while achieving business goals
• Collaborates with Technology Strategies Section and ISG to plan, develop, and implement programs
• Directly manages officers to ensure execution of agreed initiatives.
