Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, loyalty.
• 3 years proven track record in financial services, CRM, digital marketing.
• Knowledgeable in customer loyalty and rewards programs.
• Background in business development principles and partnership management.
• Experienced in marketing strategy, customer engagement frameworks, digital marketing and customer engagement technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative team player, innovative, and proactive with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies, partnership programs, and revenue-generating initiatives to expand the loyalty ecosystem and achieve growth targets.
• Build and manage relationships with internal business units and subsidiaries to create and execute customer acquisition, engagement, and retention programs.
• Lead cross-functional projects and contribute to loyalty platform enhancements, process improvements, and innovation initiatives that strengthen customer experience and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, customer engagement metrics, and revenue outcomes to provide actionable recommendations that improve profitability and customer lifetime value.
