Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
• With 5-10 years of solid understanding of financial markets, economic trends, branch banking operations, and basic accounting principles.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products/services, customized product bundling, and digital banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Growth & Client Engagement: Provide tailored financial advice and wellness strategies; deepen relationships with Preferred Banking clients; acquire new-to-bank high-net-worth individuals; conduct portfolio reviews and client visits.
• Strategic Marketing & Business Development: Stay informed on market trends; plan localized marketing initiatives; promote digital banking channels.
• Client Service Excellence: Ensure high-touch delivery of banking services; address inquiries and concerns within Turnaround Times.
• Operations, Risk Management & Control: Support branch operations as secondary approver; endorse special client requests; maintain client data confidentiality and risk standards.
