• Monitor Purchase Order Acknowledgement and ensure completeness of documents to principal.
• Coordinate timely computation of custom/brokerage fees and ensure payment requests are issued.
• Monitor schedule of arrival and delivery of products; ensure release/delivery documents are complete.
• Coordinate with designated brokerage company and ensure products meet Purchase Orders vis a vis bill of lading.
• Ensure completeness of supporting documents before product delivery: Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt.
• Ensure compliance with established Policies and Procedures and/or any amendments; perform other duties as assigned.
