Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a full-time role focused on ensuring smooth movement of goods across the supply chain, including inventory management, shipment scheduling, and vendor communication.

You will coordinate shipments, monitor stock, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, prepare shipping docs, and help optimize warehouse operations to support production and distribution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a logistics coordination or similar supply chain role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in liaising across departments and external partners.
• Proficiency in logistics management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Sound knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
• Problem-solving ability and flexibility to adapt to changing operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers and manufacturing facilities.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock movements across all locations.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Arrange transportation of goods and negotiate rates with logistics service providers.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies that arise.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs documents where applicable.
• Maintain and update logistics databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist in planning warehouse operations and optimising storage space utilisation.
• Support cost reduction initiatives by identifying logistics efficiencies and alternative solutions.
• Liaise between production, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure coordination and alignment.
