Job summary

CE-Test & Measurement (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an organized Logistics Admin to support the sales and logistics teams in the Philippines. You will handle order processing, create system entries for orders, deliveries, invoices, and related purchasing documents, and maintain filing accuracy.

Proactivity and the ability to work independently are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and ERP software. Strong communication and organizational skills will help you thrive in a busy logistics

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least an “O” or “A” level, Nitec/ITE/Certificate in Logistics/Business
• Working experience in similar job function and use of ERP software system advantageous
• Proficient in MS office application
• Good communication & organization skill
• Initiative and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Perform order processing for our sales team
• Making system entry for sales order, sales delivery orders, sales invoices, purchase orders and purchase invoices
• Ensure proper records and filing of sales, purchase and logistics documents
• Provide administrative support for general logistic operation
