• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or transportation.
• Basic knowledge of shipping processes, air/sea/land transportation, and Incoterms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage urgent tasks under pressure.
• Experience in a multinational company or chemical industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and local languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track inbound shipments and follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate transportation with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers.
• Monitor deliveries from ports/terminals to warehouses or plants.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely shipment clearance.
• Work closely with Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth inbound operations.
• Review freight invoices and support logistics cost control initiatives.
• Monitor logistics service provider performance and escalation issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update SAP/logistics systems.
