Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a role focused on order processing and fulfillment. You will manage sales orders from confirmation through delivery, verify details, coordinate with sales teams, warehouses, and logistics providers, and monitor inventory to support on-time fulfillment.

The position requires strong coordination, communication, and Excel skills, with travel/field coordination as needed and a willingness to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Admin, SCM or related field.
• 1–2 years in order fulfillment, logistics or inventory coordination preferred.
• Experience in order processing, delivery coordination and warehouse coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and monitor sales orders through fulfillment.
• Verify order details, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, warehouses, drivers, and logistics providers.
• Monitor inventory levels and order status; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate product picking, packing, and release for orders.
