• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmation and shipment schedules.
• Maintain communication with suppliers regarding shipment status, documentation, and delivery timelines.
• Log shipping data, shipment details, and supporting documents in ERP.
• Monitor incoming shipment documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with customs brokers regarding shipment clearance and documentation requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on broker invoices related to import shipments.
• Ensure proper recording and submission of documents necessary for inventory costing and system posting.
• Maintain organized records of import documentation for accounting and compliance purposes.
