Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Logistics/Shipping Staff in the Philippines to coordinate shipments, process orders, and manage inventory while ensuring PEZA and BOC compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain, customs administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in logistics, shipping, import/export, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of PEZA and Bureau of Customs (BOC) regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing and shipment coordination with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure on-time shipment delivery and monitor documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock reconciliation.
• Prepare shipping, receiving, and inventory reports using company systems.
• Utilize SAP for logistics and inventory transactions when applicable.
