Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Lead Logistics Customer Experience and Operations Specialist to own the job file, and to create and update shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system.

You will manage all SCM Operations activities under file management for the customers under purview, including documentation, system updates, operational finance, and proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and automation tools.
• Solid background in logistics operations and end-to-end supply chain understanding.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping practices.
• Experience handling exceptions and complex operational scenarios.

Responsibilities

• All file management activities post booking.
