Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth, end‑to‑end shipment execution aligned with SOPs and SLAs.
• Act as key customer contact, understanding client needs and driving improvements.
• Lead onboarding and training of new team members and support cross‑functional initiatives.
• Document and maintain SOPs, SLAs, and process standards for consistent service.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver reliable logistics solutions.
