Job summary

Eveready Express is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to drive new business and grow customer relationships in the fast-paced New York and Tri-State logistics market.

You will generate opportunities, manage quotes and orders, and collaborate with Dispatch to maximize fleet utilization while maintaining high service levels. The role requires strong English communication and a hunter mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, business development, or a similar role.
• Experience in US trucking, transportation, courier, freight brokerage, or logistics is a MUST.
• Hunter mentality with the ability to initiate conversations and pursue new business.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with different customer personalities.
• Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls daily and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts to increase revenue and gross profit.
• Handle inbound inquiries, prepare quotes, and manage orders with accuracy.
• Manage sales activities and opportunities in the CRM for visibility and follow-up.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and Operations to convert sales into profitable orders.
