Job summary

Future Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to be the primary internal sales contact for assigned accounts. You will drive sales through prompt RFQ responses, accurate quotations, and proactive backlog management, coordinating with CS/OSR and external sales teams.

The role requires at least 1 year in inside sales, strong communication, and teamwork. You will engage daily with customers to build relationships and meet KPIs, while ensuring compliance with sales SOPs and order-entry

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic semiconductor, passive, interconnect knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop account plans and strategies to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Proactively call assigned accounts daily to solicit new business.
• Process RFQs promptly and follow up on quotes to convert to orders.
• Coordinate with order entry and trade compliance for customer requirements.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
