Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Lead Process Excellence professional to drive continuous improvement across the organization from our Manila office. You will lead Lean Six Sigma projects, analyze processes, map workflows, and develop SOPs to improve operational efficiency.

The role requires a Green Belt certification, 3–5 years of related experience in BPO/CPO, and strong data skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Hybrid work setup in Manila.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, business analysis, or continuous improvement roles.
• Experience in BPO/CPO industry.
• Hands-on experience leading Green Belt projects using DMAIC, RCA, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation, trend identification, and actionable insights.

• Coordinate Lean Six Sigma projects with cross-functional teams and train stakeholders on new processes.
