Qualifications

• BPO/CPO industry experience.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Hands-on experience leading Green Belt-level projects using DMAIC, RCA, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.
• Experience in creating SOPs, process maps, and training materials.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Lead Process Excellence professional with BPO/CPO experience and a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualification. The candidate will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, analyzing operational workflows, identifying process gaps, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Green Belt-level process improvement projects using DMAIC methodology.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), process mapping, and workflow analysis to identify operational inefficiencies.

• Relevant BPO/CPO industry experience.

• Hands-on experience leading Green Belt-level projects using DMAIC, RCA, process mapping, and workflow analysis.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.

• Experience in creating SOPs, process maps, and training materials.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.

• Experience working with Black Belts, Business Excellence Managers, or Transformation teams.

• Strong facilitation, business writing, and presentation skills.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of process improvements.

• Experience developing control plans and sustaining operational improvements.
