Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, identify, analyze and improve non-manufacturing business processes.
• Apply process definition, improvement and design methodologies to raise quality and efficiency.
• Plan and implement quality assurance and compliance processes.
• Create documentation such as business requirements, functional specs and process maps.
• Support training and change management for new processes.
