Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, operations, or continuous improvement roles.
• BPO/CPO industry experience.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Hands-on experience leading Green Belt-level projects using DMAIC, RCA, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.
• Experience in creating SOPs, process maps, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead Green Belt-level process improvement projects using DMAIC methodology.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), process mapping, and workflow analysis to identify operational inefficiencies.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, process documentation, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Operations, Reporting/MIS, and cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure improvements are sustained through control plans and standardized processes.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops, team huddles, and operational reviews.
• Prepare and present project findings, performance reports, and actionable recommendations.
• Manage multiple improvement projects while ensuring timely delivery of expected outcomes.
