Shearwater CPO® - Home of Clinicians in Metro Manila is seeking a Process Excellence Lead to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives across functions. You will lead medium‑complexity projects, analyze performance, and implement data‑driven improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and the customer experience.

The role requires hands‑on DMAIC, RCA, and process-mapping expertise, strong data analysis, and the ability to partner with Operations, Reporting, and cross‑functional teams to sustain gains

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, business analysis, or continuous improvement roles.
• Hands-on experience leading Green Belt–level projects using DMAIC, RCA, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.

The responsibilities of a Process Excellence Lead are outlined but not limited to the following:

• Supports the organization’s continuous improvement and operational excellence agenda by leading medium‑complexity Lean Six Sigma projects, analyzing process performance, and implementing data‑driven solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Partners closely with Operations, Reporting, and cross‑functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, execute structured problem‑solving.
• Sustain gains through standardized processes and clear documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, business analysis, or continuous improvement roles
• Hands‑on experience leading Green Belt–level projects using DMAIC, RCA, process mapping, and workflow analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools
• Experience creating SOPs, process maps, and training materials
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to cross‑functional teams
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Operations, Reporting/MIS, and cross‑functional partners
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:

• Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies beyond Green Belt level
• Experience supporting or working alongside Black Belts, Business Excellence Managers, or Transformation teams
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops, huddles, and process reviews
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes
• Demonstrated success in sustaining improvements through control plans and standardized documentation
• Experience in business writing, process documentation, and delivering training
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team
