Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring a Lead Process Excellence to drive continuous improvement in our Manila-based hybrid team. You will lead DMAIC projects, perform RCA and process mapping, and develop SOPs and training materials while partnering with Operations and MIS to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, 3–5 years in process improvement, and strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills. Hybrid work and flexible scheduling are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required).
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, business analysis, or continuous improvement.
• BPO/CPO industry experience.
• Hands-on Green Belt-level projects using DMAIC, RCA, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.
• Experience in SOP development, process documentation, and training delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup within Metro Manila and shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC).
• Conduct RCA, process mapping, workflow analysis, and operational assessments.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Operations, Reporting/MIS, and cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
• Monitor initiatives and establish control plans for sustainability.
• Facilitate process reviews, workshops, and continuous improvement discussions.
• Present findings and updates to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects with timely delivery and alignment to objectives.
