Job summary

Capacita Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking a Lead Process Excellence professional to transform operations, analyze data, and drive sustainable improvements.

Based in Manila/Cebu with a hybrid work setup, this role requires Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and 3–5 years in process improvement within BPO/CPO environments. The incumbent will lead DMAIC projects, develop SOPs, and mentor teams towards enhanced efficiency.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in process improvement, operations, business analysis, or continuous improvement.
• Previous experience in a BPO/CPO environment is required.
• Hands-on experience leading Green Belt-level projects using DMAIC, RCA, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Green Belt‑level improvement projects using the DMAIC framework and drive measurable improvements.
• Analyze current processes to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement data‑driven solutions.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and training materials to sustain improvements.
• Manage multiple projects, track milestones, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
