Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Lead Process Excellence to drive continuous improvement across operations in Manila. The role offers a hybrid setup, flexible schedules, and a fast‑paced environment that rewards analytical problem solving and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will lead Green Belt–level projects using DMAIC, RCA, process mapping and workflow analysis, shaping SOPs, dashboards, and training materials for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, business analysis, or continuous improvement roles.
• BPO/CPO experience.
• Hands-on leadership of Green Belt–level projects using DMAIC, RCA, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, business analysis, or continuous improvement roles.
• BPO/CPO experience.
• Hands‑on experience leading Green Belt–level projects using DMAIC, RCA, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.
