• Meet relevant SLAs and KPIs for end-to-end shipments.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as customer advocate and share insights with internal teams.
• Identify improvements from customer pain points and drive adoption of SCP/IOP standards.
