Job summary

Maersk in Pasig is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead logistics customer experience and end-to-end operations. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet SLAs and drive continuous improvement.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field, 2+ years in customer service within shipping/logistics, and strong MS Office skills. Site-based, mid-shift hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Service Support within logistics/shipping.
• Commercial knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Meet relevant SLAs and customer-specific KPIs consistently.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure end-to-end shipment execution.
• Act as a customer advocate and primary point of contact.
• Develop understanding of customers’ businesses, priorities, and pain points.
• Share relevant customer knowledge with internal teams to improve collaboration and alignment.
