Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve support tickets through ConnectWise in a timely, professional manner.

Monitor client environments using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.

Perform troubleshooting for Windows servers, desktops, networks, and connectivity issues.

Support and manage Microsoft Azure administration, including user management, virtual machines, and resource provisioning.

Utilize expertise in Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure to manage user accounts and maintain system integrity.

Deliver excellent customer service and technical support via calls, emails and remote.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in IT support (desktop, software, or hardware).

Proficiency in installing, upgrading, and configuring software via remote tools.

Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and MacOS systems.

Hands-on experience in server and network troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Must be amenable to work onsite in Tayabas, Quezon Province.

Salary Range: Php 20,000.00 – Php 40,000.00 / month
