Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Business Implementation Officer / KYC Onboarding Officer to coordinate fee proposals and drive client onboarding for alternative funds and corporate structures. You will support World Check and AML/KYC activities while liaising with Luxembourg and internal teams to ensure timely onboarding.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with a diverse, multilingual team to deliver compliant, seamless onboarding experiences for clients across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting AML/KYC workflows and screening processes.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with onboarding documentation and service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding by liaising with stakeholders for smooth handover to operations.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, and internal database upkeep.
