Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a skilled coordinator to prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and related structures, while supporting end-to-end onboarding and compliance checks. You will manage World Check screening, AML/KYC analyses, and document preparation to ensure timely onboarding and smooth client transitions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures with guidance from line manager.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for a smooth handover.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, internal database maintenance, and compliance approvals.
• Prepare onboarding documentation including bank account opening paperwork and service agreements, and assist in client communications.
• Support legal document reviews and coordination with Luxembourg teams to meet onboarding deliverables.
