IQ-EQ is seeking a Business Implementation Officer (Client Facing) to coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures. The role supports end-to-end client onboarding, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to operations.

Key tasks include World Check screening, AML/KYC review, document management, service agreements, and cross-border coordination with Luxembourg teams to deliver client deliverables on time.

Competenze

• Candidates coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures.
• Experience in onboarding processes and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience with World Check, AML/KYC reviews, and internal database maintenance.
• Ability to prepare onboarding documentation including bank paperwork and service agreements.
• Support reviews of legal documents and coordination with Luxembourg teams.
