Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Business Implementation Officer for AML/KYC (Global Experience) to coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures, and support end-to-end client onboarding. The role involves World Check screening, AML/KYC analysis, and coordinating with Luxembourg teams to ensure timely onboarding deliverables.

You will manage onboarding documentation, bank account openings, and service agreements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition to operations.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, internal database management and compliance approvals.
• Prepare onboarding documentation including bank account opening paperwork and service agreements.
• Liaise with Luxembourg teams and onboarding deliverables to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for AIFs and corporate structures under guidance.
• Support onboarding with stakeholders for seamless handover to operations.
• Assist with World Check, AML/KYC reviews and database management.
• Prepare and assist with onboarding docs including bank account papers and service agreements.
• Coordinate with Luxembourg teams to complete onboarding deliverables.
