Job summary

IQ-EQ in Manila is seeking a Business Implementation Officer / KYC Analyst to coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds, support end-to-end client onboarding, and assist with AML/KYC reviews. The role involves collaboration with Luxembourg teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding and compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures under line-manager guidance.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth handover to operations.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, and internal database maintenance.
• Prepare onboarding documentation including bank account opening paperwork and service agreements.
• Assist with legal document reviews and liaise with Luxembourg and internal teams to complete onboarding deliverables.
