Job summary

IQ-EQ Manila is seeking an onboarding and finance coordination professional to manage fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds, coordinate end-to-end client onboarding, and support compliance activities including World Check screening and AML/KYC analyses.

You will prepare onboarding documentation, liaise with Luxembourg teams, and help ensure timely delivery of client requirements while contributing to a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures with guidance from line manager.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC analyses, and internal database maintenance and compliance approvals.
• Prepare onboarding documents including bank account opening paperwork and service agreements, and participate in client calls.
• Assist with legal document reviews and coordination with Luxembourg teams to meet onboarding deliverables.

Responsibilities
