Job summary

IQ-EQ is recruiting for a Business Implementation Officer | KYC Analyst / Client Onboarding Officer in Metro Manila. You will coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and support end-to-end client onboarding, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions to operational teams.

The role involves World Check screening and AML/KYC analyses. You will help with onboarding documentation, service agreements, and communications with Luxembourg teams,

Qualifications

• Experience in screening and risk assessments (World Check/AML/KYC).
• Ability to coordinate onboarding activities across internal/external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with preparing fee proposals and service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for AIFs and corporate structures.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding and handover to operations.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, and internal database management.
