Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Business Implementation Officer to support AML/KYC client onboarding and fee proposal coordination for Alternative Investment Funds across real estate, private equity, debt and infrastructure. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding and seamless handover to operations, while supporting World Check checks and document reviews.

The role is based in a hybrid environment, within our Client Services department, and requires collaboration

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures under line manager guidance.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth handover to operations.
• Assist with World Check and screening, AML/KYC analyses, internal database maintenance, and compliance approval processes.
• Prepare onboarding documentation including bank account opening paperwork and service agreements, and participate in client calls.
• Assist with legal document reviews and coordinate with Luxembourg and internal teams to meet onboarding deliverables.
