Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Business Implementation Officer / KYC Onboarding Officer for its Client Services team in a hybrid role in the Philippines. You will coordinate fee proposals for AIFs and corporate structures, support end-to-end onboarding with internal and external stakeholders, perform World Check screening and AML/KYC analyses, and prepare bank account opening documentation and service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures under guidance from the line manager.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for a smooth handover to operational teams.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, and internal database maintenance and approvals.
• Prepare onboarding documentation including bank account opening paperwork and service agreements, and participate in client calls.
• Assist with legal document reviews and coordination with Luxembourg and internal teams to meet client deliverables.
