Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Business Implementation Officer to coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and support end-to-end client onboarding. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to operations, and assist with AML/KYC reviews and documentation.

The role involves coordinating between Luxembourg and internal teams, reviewing documents for structure setup, and supporting the onboarding deliverables to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures with guidance from line manager.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for AIFs real estate, private equity, debt, infra and corporate structures.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding with stakeholders to ensure smooth handover to operations.
• Assist with World Check and AML/KYC reviews and internal database maintenance.
• Prepare onboarding documentation including bank account opening paperwork and service agreements.
• Coordinate with Luxembourg and internal teams to meet onboarding deliverables.
