Job summary

IQ-EQ Philippines is seeking a Business Implementation Officer to coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and support AML/KYC onboarding. The role ensures a smooth client journey from onboarding to operational handover, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will perform World Check screening, AML/KYC analysis, maintain internal databases, and assist with compliance approvals, onboarding documents, service agreements, and stakeholder calls as needed.

Qualifications

• This role requires coordinating AML/KYC onboarding and fee proposals.
• Experience with World Check and screening processes is preferred.
• Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding with internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC analysis, and compliance approvals.
• Prepare onboarding documentation, including bank account opening paperwork and service agreements.
• Facilitate coordination between Luxembourg and internal teams; support onboarding deliverables.
