Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Key Accounts Manager to drive placement, distribution and saturation for major retailers.

This role requires field work in various locations with weekly head office reporting from Malabon; rewards include car plan, HMO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in key accounts or sales, preferably FMCG/manufacturing.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and inter-personal skills are required.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to write business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts (Puregold, Robinsons, SM, Waltermart, etc.) and achieve sales targets focusing on placement, distribution and saturation grid.
• Establish and maintain good trade relations with key accounts.
• Negotiate with key accounts for best trade deals in marketing, merchandising and distribution to improve sales and operations efficiency.
• Prepare and submit reports related to key accounts management and sales performance to head office.

• With Bachelor's Degree in any business related course
• With at least 2 years work experience in the same capacity preferably from an FMCG or manufacturing company
• With excellent negotiation, communication & inter-personal skills
• Proficient in excel, power point presentation and can write business correspondences
• Proactive, assertive, result-oriented and self-motivated
• Willing to do field work in different locations and do admin day at Malabon
